I believe in India people are more hospitable than any other country. I booked this property after seeing the picture of the building and which was little confusing. I wanted to book room room in higher building but after reaching hotel we got to know that our rooms are in smaller building. Even being a hotelier I have requested if any possibility to upgrade us but they just denied. I asked for a bath towel which was not delivered for two ours and again I personally visited to reception for asking towels. Even one of the bedsheets was dirty and having tea stains I just felt that they are very rigid with their policy.

A great place to stay with family. Bad things is most staff bare stuck up. Audil the front office manager is very helpful. And the general manager Vincent were very helpful in making my stay more comfortable. The Buffett is fabulous and lots of variety. Atmosphere in the room is very relaxing.

The room was clean and very pleasant. In the distance, somewhere there, we could see the Petronas Towers, which are beautifully illuminated in the evening! The hotel was very clean everywhere. The staff was pleasant and helpful. There's a pool on the rooftop, but we didn't go up there. The shower and shampoo amenities provided were very good - it felt like professional products :-) Breakfast, perhaps, was the most disappointing of the entire trip right here. It felt like breakfast was prepared exclusively for Indians - mostly curry, flatbreads, and similar items. Upon request (free of charge), the chef can prepare an omelet or scrambled eggs, but you have to order and wait in a live queue. It takes about 10-15 minutes to walk to the metro, along stalls and not always clean streets. Overall, we really liked it here. If they work on the breakfast, it would be just excellent.

Stay in the South hotel, it’s next door and has easy access to the pool. Location is far from places, a taxi is a must but they take ages to arrive. Room was fantastic, the beds were excellent. The pool had no sun loungers, just chairs. If you’re coming to Kuala Lumpur to have a pool day, I can’t recommend this hotel unfortunately. The staff at reception very friendly and helpful. Overall, great place if you want to sleep and have breakfast. Not so great if you want a pool day.
